Terms of Use

1. General

CampusLyan provides a digital platform where students and other housing seekers can find, monitor and understand student housing, housing queues and related housing information.

These terms govern your use of www.campuslyan.se and the services provided by CampusLyan Nordics AB, company registration number 559587-0048.

CampusLyan is not a housing provider, legal housing agency, representative of housing providers or party to any rental agreement. We provide a technical platform and marketplace.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

You generally need to be at least 18 years old to create an account and use logged-in features. Each person may only have one account, and the account is personal.

Some features may require identity, email or student-status verification through services such as Freja or equivalent providers.

3. Listings, Queues and Applications

Housing information may come from CampusLyan, partner housing providers, property owners or other sources. You are responsible for reviewing the housing provider's terms, queue rules and rental conditions before applying.

CampusLyan may help you express interest, manage queue information or navigate to external housing actors, but final allocation and rental decisions are made by the relevant housing actor.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use the service lawfully. You may not misuse the service, scrape it, disrupt it or provide misleading information.

5. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, update these terms and make improvements to the service. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.

6. Liability

CampusLyan is not responsible for external housing providers' decisions, third-party websites, incorrect information supplied by users or external actors, or rental agreements entered into outside the platform.
